El men\u00fa consisti\u00f3 de un tr\u00edo de arepitas de tomate, aj\u00ed, auyama y una ensalada de lechuga con chicharr\u00f3n y crocante de casabe, acompa\u00f1ada de alioli de parchita como entrada. Como plato principal sirvieron un Lomo de cerdo en salsa de tamarindo,\u00a0 acompa\u00f1ado de un pur\u00e9 de papas con tocineta y ceboll\u00edn,\u00a0 con una ensalada regional y de postre, negro en camisa. En el evento, los alumnos del VI trimestre matutino prestaron el servicio de mesa a los asistentes y al jurado, representado por las autoridades del Instituto Escuela de Artes Gastron\u00f3micas Cheff Milenium, presidido por su director de escuela y Chef Instructores. Durante la velada se cont\u00f3 con la presencia de Fabrizio Conde, quien se encarg\u00f3 de entretener a los familiares y dem\u00e1s acompa\u00f1antes con su rutina de comedia.<\/p>\n<div
